Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Production Planning Executive to support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.

You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and other departments, maintain production records, and assist in maintenance planning and capacity reviews. Diploma or above in Engineering or related field is required; prior experience in production

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Material planning and inventory control to ensure optimal material availability and minimal wastage.
• Coordinate with Sales to align orders with production capacity and timelines; follow up on orders and production progress.
• Prepare and adjust production plans; coordinate manpower, overtime and shift arrangements; maintain production records for reviews.
