Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduling professional to coordinate manufacturing schedules, inventory planning, and order fulfilment within a batch manufacturing environment. You will release manufacturing orders, monitor progress, resolve backlogs with Production, QC, and R&D teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

A Diploma or Degree plus 1–3 years' batch experience is required; strong Excel and MRP II knowledge are essential for ERP data

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any relevant/general discipline.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a batch manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of MRP II and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production based on orders, stock, and machine capacity.
• Release Manufacturing Orders per schedule.
• Follow up on NCRs and coordinate with QC/QA.
• Monitor progress, update plans, and resolve backlogs.
• Plan inventory levels and reschedule deliveries as needed.
• Advise on stock availability to Customer Service, and communicate changes.
