Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Production Planner for a Manufacturing MNC in the North region. The role involves scheduling production, coordinating inventory, and ensuring materials align with the master plan to meet deadlines and service levels.

You will collaborate with Quality, R&D, Purchasing and Production teams on NCR handling and continuous improvement initiatives. A min degree in supply chain with 3+ years of relevant planning experience is required.

Qualifications

• Min Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant production planner experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production orders and distribute to work centres based on due dates and machine capabilities.
• Release Manufacturing Orders per production schedule and monitor progress.
• Follow up on NCR-related rework and resolve backlog with production teams.
• Plan finished goods, WIP and raw materials to support on-time delivery and inventory turns.
• Collaborate with QC, R&D, Purchasing and cross-functional teams on NCRs and material reviews.
• Prepare reports and support audits, data entry and ERP maintenance.
