Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a logistics professional to plan and schedule production to meet customer orders and deadlines, release orders, and monitor progress to ensure on‑time completion.

You will manage inventory levels across finished goods, raw materials, and WIP, coordinate with Production and Customer Service, and work with QC, Purchasing and R&D to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Logistics or any relevant educational qualifications.
• Proficient in MRP II and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production to meet customer orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory requirements.
• Release manufacturing orders and monitor production progress to ensure on‑time completion.
• Coordinate with Production to resolve scheduling issues, backlogs, and rework activities.
• Manage inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and work‑in‑progress (WIP) to support business and customer demand.
• Monitor excess, slow‑moving, and obsolete inventory, and support inventory write‑off processes.
• Plan raw material requirements and coordinate deliveries to support production schedules.
• Work closely with Customer Service on stock availability and order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with QC, Production, Purchasing, and R&D to resolve quality issues, support NCR investigations, and ensure timely product release.
• Prepare reports, maintain ERP system data, develop work instructions, track KPIs, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
