Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Production Planning Executive in Singapore (Senoko Drive). You will support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, and inventory control to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.

Diploma or above in Engineering, SCM, Operations, or related field required. Relevant experience in production planning is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering/SCM/Operations/Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination is advantageous.
• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Material Planning and Inventory Control: assist in sourcing qualified suppliers to ensure raw material quality and stable delivery schedules; raise and follow up on purchase requests; monitor material usage and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Order Follow-up and Production Execution: liaise with Sales to convey customer requirements; follow up on orders and production progress; monitor WIP and inventory and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Production Planning and Documentation: prepare and adjust production plans based on orders and inventory; assist in planning maintenance; coordinate manpower, overtime, and shift arrangements; maintain production records.
