Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks an experienced professional to drive strategic projects within Commercial Banking. You will coordinate end-to-end delivery, from business requirements through post-go-live stabilization, and develop key artifacts such as BRD, FSD and Target Operating Models.

The role emphasizes UAT support, data analytics and automated reporting across multiple data sources, with strong stakeholder engagement and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent, with professional certification encouraged.
• Minimum 5 years in business management, project management, analytics or related field, preferably in commercial banking.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills with strong data reporting capability.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Qlik and PowerBI for analytics and dashboarding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage details with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across Commercial Banking, from requirements to post-go-live stabilization.
• Develop BRD, FSD and TOM artifacts; support UAT planning, testing and implementation.
• Create and enhance reports, dashboards and analytics across customer, portfolio and productivity data.
