Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) seeks a seasoned product professional to lead strategy and development for cash management solutions. You will partner with Group Wholesale Banking, shaping roadmaps and delivering scalable platforms across overseas branches.

You will own commercialization, client advocacy, and governance to drive growth while ensuring regulatory alignment with Technology and Operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, treasury products, or digital banking.
Strong understanding of Account Management, Liquidity Management, Virtual Account, Pricing & Billing.
Familiarity with local and regional regulatory frameworks.
Strong project management, business analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to identify product opportunities and set strategic priorities for cash management offerings.
Lead end-to-end product development, including BRD, FSD, and business case development.
Manage product lifecycle, drive commercialization, monitor performance and pricing governance.
Support sales and client engagements with go-to-market content and RFP responses.
Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance alignment across Technology and Operations.
