Qualifications

JobResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end business change projects, from initial concept and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review.
• Conduct detailed business analysis, process mapping, and requirementsgathering to identify areas for improvement and define transformationobjectives.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including communication plans, training programs, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with business units, technology teams, and otherstakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of transformationinitiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with change projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Track and report on project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and benefits realization to senior management.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to buildunderstanding, gain buy-in, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within UOB, identifying opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.

JobQualifications:
