Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services system analysis, testing or project management.
• Able to lead requirements sessions and collaborate with teams.
• Experience with interface specification and data mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, analysts and project team on solutioning from initiation to post-implementation.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions and suggest best-fit solutions.
• Develop and review solution designs and estimates; prioritize requests.
• Create and map requirements to RTM and ensure traceability.
• Review technical designs to align with functional requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, developers and vendors for delivery.
• Support testing in SIT/UAT and post-implementation.
• Ensure documentation adheres to UOB delivery methodology.
• Verify vendor code releases against requirements.
• Monitor production incidents and provide post-go-live support.
• Envision end-to-end business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Analyze existing processes to uncover optimization opportunities.
