Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of core banking enhancements. The role requires collaboration across business, IT security, and vendor teams to ensure on-time, within-budget deployments while upholding security and governance standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong SDLC/Agile experience, core banking knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Experience in banking/IT with core banking domain knowledge.
• Strong delivery management, risk mitigation and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage technical deliverables, including system enhancements, non-functional requirements, IT security initiatives and platform upgrades.
• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, IT security and vendor teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues and dependencies, and provide timely mitigation.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment and post-production readiness activities.
• Ensure security-by-design and regulatory/compliance alignment throughout delivery.
