Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement: Develop and execute long-term sourcing strategies that align with the company’s financial objectives and growth plans.
Vendor & Lifecycle Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with high-value suppliers.
Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery.
Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with Singapore regulations (e.g., PDPA, MOM guidelines) and international trade laws. Develop robust contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
Digital Transformation: Drive the adoption of advanced procurement technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, automated e-sourcing tools, and ERP systems) to enhance operational efficiency.
Sustainability & ESG: Integrate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria into the supplier selection process, aligning with Singapore’s Green Plan 2030.
