Job summary

HERSING CULINARY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive procurement professional to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.

Build strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms. You’ll forecast purchasing needs, monitor stock levels, and support procurement for new outlets and renovation projects while coordinating with Operations, Culinary, Finance and Projects to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, F&B preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Passion for cost savings and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.
• Build relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and efficiency.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
• Forecast purchasing needs and monitor stock levels.
• Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovations.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation.
