Job summary

RUMEL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement-focused professional in Singapore to manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations. You will forecast purchasing needs, monitor stock levels, and support new outlet openings and renovation projects.

You will collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams, preparing procurement reports and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience; F&B experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & Supplier Management: Manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier coordination for daily operations.
• Inventory & Warehouse Coordination: Forecast purchasing needs and monitor stock levels to minimise shortages.
• New Outlet & Project Support: Support procurement for new outlet openings and renovation projects.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with Operations, Culinary, Finance, and Project teams; prepare procurement reports.
