Far East Organization in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises, including RFQs and formal tenders, in line with internal policies.

You will coordinate tender documents, perform price comparisons and data analysis to support sourcing decisions, and prepare procurement reports for management review. This role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and tender exercises, including RFQs and formal tenders, in line with internal procurement policies.
• Coordinate in the preparation of tender documents, vendor communications, submissions and evaluation materials.
• Carry out price comparison, data analysis and cost summaries to support sourcing decisions.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports, trackers and sourcing data for management review.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and support procurement activities.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations, clarifications and documentation matters.
• Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing vendor management activities, including compliance and documentation checks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function, including process standardisation and data accuracy.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor, carrying them out diligently and professionally
