The role requires bilingual English and Chinese communication and a minimum of 3 years of operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and team members.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations or related functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including procurement, supply chain coordination, and inventory control.
• Lead and supervise team execution of operational processes to meet performance targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Assist in formulating and implementing operational strategies that drive growth and expansion.
