Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement.
• Demonstrates interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with very minimal supervision.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in ERP system Microsoft Dynamic BC will be added advantage
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and vendors for goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers; recommend the most competitive options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
• Verify documents for compliance with purchasing policies and guidelines.
• Create Purchase Orders and track order status.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods, materials and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering.
• Verify and approve invoices with supporting documents; submit payments.
