Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Ability to write complex service and operating procedures for clear communication and compliance.
• Skill in reviewing technical documentation to ensure accuracy and applicability.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and requisitions while maintaining accurate invoice tracking and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure material availability throughout the supply chain to support uninterrupted production.
• Manage the transition of parts from development to production by reviewing ERP demands and coordinating with master scheduling and sales teams.
• Analyze complex assignments and recommend new procedures to improve procurement and supply chain processes.
• Develop and execute supplier performance metrics to monitor and enhance supplier reliability and quality.
