Qualifications

• Handle full procurement cycle from sourcing to supplier selection.
• Generate purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Negotiate terms and evaluate suppliers.
• Ensure timely, cost-efficient procurement of materials and parts.
• Maintain supplier records and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle full procurement cycle including sourcing, assessment, comparison of quotation and selection of vendors.
• Generate Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders issuance.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, machine spare parts, tools and engineering equipment in accordance with project specifications and company requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.
• Ensure timely replenishment of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier databases.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.
• Support compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
