Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead sourcing, supplier management, and cost-improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will manage POs, coordinate with planning, production, and quality teams, and drive data-driven procurement through Power BI and Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, materials, or project management in manufacturing.
• Strong ERP experience, preferably SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of supply/demand planning, inventory, sourcing, and cost management.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of metal commodities, machining, and secondary manufacturing processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage POs, sourcing activities, subcontractors, and supplier performance, including OTIF delivery.
• Develop sourcing strategies focused on cost, lead time, commercial terms, and supply risk.
• Coordinate with Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to resolve material and PO/Wo discrepancies.
• Monitor supplier performance, implement corrective actions, and ensure procurement compliance.
• Plan material deliveries and maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing data.
• Develop purchasing reports and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Drive continuous improvement and achieve assigned procurement and supply chain KPIs.
