Job summary

Hongsing Offshore & Marine Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized individual to support procurement, marketing and daily business operations in Singapore.

The role offers exposure to sourcing, sales support, logistics and administration, with opportunities to gain practical experience across functions. Key duties include handling supplier quotations, coordinating with freight forwarders, preparing documents, assisting marketing activities, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficient in MS Office and English.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, source products and suppliers, and obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, specifications, availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other business documents.
• Follow up on orders and liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to arrange shipments.
• Assist with marketing and sales activities, including customer follow-ups and market research.
• Provide administrative support and maintain records of customers, suppliers and transactions.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks and track invoices/payments.
• Travel for business purposes when required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
