Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional for a 1-year engagement to drive sourcing strategies and manage the full lifecycle of procurement activities.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define needs, conduct tenders, and set up contracts on time. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, compliance knowledge, and data analysis skills to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement governance, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders to understand procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including quotations, tenders, evaluations, awards, and contract setup.
• Provide advice on procurement approaches, evaluation methods, and sourcing opportunities.
• Prepare and review procurement documents, approvals, and GeBIZ transactions.
• Support contract management matters such as variations, extensions, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance, audit, and risk requirements.
• Drive process improvements, automation, dashboards, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Analyse procurement data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Support special projects and other duties assigned by management.
