Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage the end-to-end lifecycle across multiple non-technology categories in Singapore. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, develop cost-saving strategies, and ensure governance and risk compliance throughout the process.

The role requires 5–10 years of procurement experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency with major procurement platforms.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and RFx processes to contract execution and supplier management.
• Lead sourcing activities across non-technology categories, including Sales & Marketing, Events, Creative Agencies, Corporate Services, and selected Facilities Management.
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, and drive cost-effective procurement solutions.
• Manage RFQ/RFP/RFI exercises, supplier evaluations, and provide commercial recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, risk, and audit requirements.
• Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
