Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with policies and timely delivery of goods and services.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role covers PO tracking and Year-End closing activities, with responsibilities across contract status, renewal, stakeholder liaison, and procurement advising. Singapore-based, 1-year contract.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of public sector contracts and procurement workflow is preferred.
• Familiar with Government IMs and procurement policies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract status and assist in contract administration work.
• Review papers for contract establishment, renewal and variation, and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and advise on procurement modes.
• Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for ad-hoc procurement projects and facilitate the process with stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for quarterly contract meetings and draft meeting minutes.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Track outstanding Purchase Orders and assist in payment performance management during year-end closing.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks required.
