Job summary

Singapore Post Ltd seeks a Procurement Business Partner to serve as a strategic interface for procurement and internal stakeholders in Singapore. The role demands a self-starter with strong negotiation skills to drive effective sourcing strategies and supplier management while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant procurement experience, and a proven track record in managing procurement processes in a large enterprise. Experience in Technology or Real Estate purchases would be beneficial.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience in procurement of Technology or Real Estate purchases is useful.
• Knowledge of procurement laws and ethics.
• Experience with Procurement transformation or policy review would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for designated stakeholders.
• Assist supervisor on the P2P lifecycle.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
