Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contract & Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement processes and contract administration, ensuring policy compliance and timely delivery of goods and services.

The role reports to the Head of Finance and runs for a fixed term from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027, with duties including tracking purchase orders, year-end closing activities, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet procurement needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Government IMs and procurement policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contract status and assist in contract administration work.
• Review papers for contract establishment, renewal and variation, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and advise on procurement modes.
• Review requirement specifications and evaluation reports for ad-hoc procurement projects and facilitate the process.
