Job summary

SeaOwl Group is seeking a Procurement Operations professional in Singapore to develop cost-effective procurement strategies and manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to PO. You will ensure compliance with project specs, drive supplier qualifications, and handle expediting to meet timelines.

The role requires 5–8 years of EPC or manufacturing procurement experience, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and proficient ERP usage (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience in EPC or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
• Familiar with Incoterms, logistics, and customs processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage full procurement cycle from requisition to PO, ensuring compliance with specs.
• Monitor performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Document and report procurement activities for audit and compliance.
• Ensure confidentiality of technical, contractual, and commercial documents.
• Serve as key ERP user and ensure accurate data entry for tracking and reporting.
• Administer procurement contracts, qualifications, and supplier evaluations.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage supplier performance and SRM activities.
• Track and expedit e material deliveries, organize kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Monitor schedules, address bottlenecks, and resolve OS&D issues.
• Track KPIs and prepare progress reports; drive continuous improvement.
