Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering) and 5–8 years in procurement, expediting, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office; familiarity with Incoterms and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that are cost-effective and compliant with policies and project objectives.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to PO issuance, ensuring compliance with EPC contracts and specifications.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive process improvements.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting for audit and compliance requirements.
• Serve as a key ERP system user to support data accuracy, tracking, and reporting.
• Administer contracts and lead supplier qualification, evaluation, and negotiations.
• Track and expedite material deliveries, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage expediting reports.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve OS&D issues.
