Job summary

SEAOWL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Procurement professional to develop cost-effective strategies and manage end-to-end procurement for EPC projects.

You will oversee ERP usage, supplier evaluation, and contract administration while ensuring ESG alignment and compliance. The role requires 5–8 years in procurement or supply chain within EPC/manufacturing, strong negotiation and data-driven reporting skills, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, quality, and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of combined procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience in EPC or manufacturing.
• Strong procurement, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Incoterms, logistics coordination, and customs processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and materials strategies aligned with policies and project objectives.
• Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition to PO issuance.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Document and report procurement activities in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of all technical, contractual, and commercial documentation.
• Serve as the key user of ERP and related procurement platforms to ensure data integrity.
• Administer and maintain procurement contracts and lead supplier qualification and evaluation.
• Track and expedite material deliveries, coordinating with stake holders to avoid delays.
• Coordinate post-award kick-off meetings and monitor supplier performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, address OS&D issues, and monitor procurement schedules.
• Track KPIs, prepare progress reports, and implement improvements.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve procurement practices and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and delivery objectives.
• Demonstrate adherence to QHSE requirements in all procurement activities.
