Job summary

On The Way To Success in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations for Singapore OEM and Malaysia plants. This role requires 5–10 years of Supply Chain experience, preferably in OEM or aerospace environments, with proven leadership and strong negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will drive procurement KPIs, develop sourcing strategies, and build strong supplier relationships while overseeing commodity sourcing activities. A Bachelor's Degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Supply Chain / Procurement experience in OEM, aerospace, or engineer-to-order manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production flow, inventory management, and sourcing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations for Singapore OEM and Malaysia plants.
• Drive procurement KPIs including OTD, PPV, and supplier performance.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage regional/global commodity sourcing activities.
• Build strong supplier relationships and lead supplier improvement programs.
