Mastercard is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to join the Southeast Asia Business Development Finance team. You will evaluate commercial opportunities, model financials, assess risk and design deal structures that drive profitable growth across multiple markets.

In this high-visibility role you will partner with finance, legal and business stakeholders to balance competitiveness with strong financial outcomes and to influence senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial finance, pricing, or deal structuring.
• Strong modelling skills with ROI, NPV, DCF and scenario analysis.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into practical commercial recommendations.
• Experience negotiating high-value customer agreements across multiple markets.

Responsabilités

• Partner with SEA BD and account teams to evaluate opportunities and design deal structures.
• Perform detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decisions.
• Assess economic impact of customer agreements and optimize profitability.
• Prepare business cases for senior finance and business approval.
• Support negotiations with financial insights and pricing recommendations.
• Monitor market trends to inform pricing and investment choices.
