Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis for West Southeast Asia, spanning 5 countries. You will lead close, forecasting, and reporting, driving automation and analytics to guide strategic decisions.

The role requires strong FP&A background, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to influence with insights across regional and global teams. Hybrid work model in Singapore preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Extensive FP&A experience or equivalent roles.
• Proficient in Excel, VBA and data tools; Hyperion/Oracle knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Aufgaben

• Manage division close and forecast processes; analyse variances.
• Develop standardised financial reporting packages and KPIs.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with finance partners on budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain financial tools and models; support automation.
• Engage regional/global teams to align with priorities.
