Job summary

Avaloq, the Swiss leader in wealth management technology, is seeking a talented Solution Consultant to join our Singapore team. In this pre-sales role you will partner with sales, account management and delivery to shape solutions for leading financial institutions.

You will lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations and RFI/RFP responses, translating business objectives into compelling value propositions and ensuring solutions are technically feasible and compliant across regions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales within Banking/Wealth Management or FinTech environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and financial services business models.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear business narratives.
• Experience leading RFI/RFP processes with attention to detail and value articulation.
• Consultative selling mindset with ability to uncover client needs and co-create solutions.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills across sales, product and delivery teams.
• Experience leading solution discovery workshops to identify pain points and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account management to understand client objectives and regulatory drivers.
• Lead solution discovery and shaping sessions with internal architects and product specialists.
• Conduct product demonstrations and executive-level presentations focusing on outcomes and value.
• Manage RFI and RFP processes with clear, structured responses.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to position offerings strategically.
• Support new client acquisition and expansion through a consultative approach.
• Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure feasible, commercially viable solutions.
• Document solution scope, assumptions and dependencies for handover.
