Job summary

DBS is seeking an AVP, Regional Avaloq Specialist Business Lead for Investments within the Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. The role focuses on defining and prioritising the Avaloq development roadmap, acting as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and vendors.

You will lead change initiatives for the wealth platform, manage backlogs, and ensure value delivery while coordinating training and documentation for users across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field with 5–10 years of experience in change management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Experience in private banking is required.
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq Banking System is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, prioritize, and execute change initiatives for the Avaloq wealth platform.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
• Manage the product backlog and drive improvements in the Avaloq system.
• Act as a change agent and establish rollout processes for new features.
• Provide training and user guidance for changes implemented.
• Support a dedicated Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation.
