Job summary

DBS in Singapore is seeking an AVP, Regional Avaloq Specialist / Business Lead to drive the Avaloq wealth platform roadmap, coordinating between business stakeholders, development teams and external vendors.

You will act as product owner, change manager and business analyst for the wealth segment, leading end-to-end delivery, feature prioritization, training, and rollout, including the new Avaloq Taiwan booking center implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 5–10 years in change management, product ownership or business analysis.
• Sound knowledge of Avaloq Banking System is a MUST.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives for the Avaloq wealth platform from end-to-end.
• Define and prioritize features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and agile teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide training and manage rollout of new features.
• Act as a product owner and business lead for wealth segment.
