Job summary

Barry Callebaut Chocolate Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Power BI and Data Management Analyst to design and build a scalable Employment Cost Dashboard across APAC, consolidating payroll data and providing monthly insights to support budgeting and workforce planning.

The role emphasizes end-to-end data modeling, interactive dashboards, scenario modeling, and executive-ready visuals, with strong governance and access controls across regions.

Qualifications

• BSc in computing or related field.
• Experience in data analysis and business indicators analytics.
• Hands-on Power BI development experience.
• Experience building workforce, HR, payroll, finance dashboards.
• Solid Excel skills and data visualization proficiency.
• Experience handling large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to design executive dashboards.
• Proficient in English and clear communication.
• Collaborative across APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze payroll data from APAC markets.
• Normalize data for system readability.
• Develop end-to-end interactive Power BI dashboards for Total Cost of Employment.
• Create dashboards for Base Salary, incentives, benefits, etc.
• Design robust data models using Power Query.
• Embed scenario modeling for future cost scenarios.
• Build executive-ready visuals for decision-making.
• Implement access management for the Power BI tool.
