Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Assistant Data Analyst Manager to lead our analytics team and drive enterprise‑wide data initiatives. The role combines hands‑on Power BI expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivering high‑impact insights.

You will oversee dashboards, semantic models, dataflows, and data quality, while aligning BI deliverables with the company’s data strategy and ROI goals. Experience in retail/e‑commerce is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics/BI with 1–2 years in leadership or mentoring.
• Expert Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, semantic modeling, and dataflow creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a data analytics team, assign tasks, review quality, and foster best practices.
• Collaborate with retail, merchandising, e-commerce, finance, supply chain, and IT to translate business questions into insights.
• Oversee design and development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, dataflows, and enterprise reporting.
• Drive KPIs, data governance, and standardized BI practices across the organization.
