Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a PMO or related project management role.
• Experience supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments.
• Comfortable with hands-on PMO activities, including extensive project tracking, governance, reporting, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
• Willingness to support weekend system go-live activities and work occasional extended hours during BAU when required.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, monitor KPIs, and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes.
• Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data and implementing enhancements.
