Job summary

Singapore Business Federation is seeking a Senior Manager in the Strategic Platforms team to shape and deliver SPF’s flagship platforms that convene senior business leaders, policymakers, and ecosystem partners. You will drive the execution and evolution of signature events in Singapore and abroad, and help design new platforms that advance Singapore’s business agenda regionally and globally.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in event management, marketing, and/or business development.
• Strong in programme development, project coordination, and budget management.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills.
• Ability to create attractive event marketing collateral independently.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with protocols for high-level events with senior political and business leaders is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support development and organisation of SBF signature events in Singapore and international markets.
• Drive event management, marketing, and coordination with government agencies, partners, speakers, and service providers.
• Prepare timely updates, reports, KPI tracking, and post-event analyses for management.
• Contribute to SOPs and operating models to enhance event delivery and partner value.
• Develop materials and proposals to attract new event partnerships.
• Support onboarding and expansion of the partnerships database locally and internationally.
