Job summary

The Singapore Contractors Association Limited is seeking a Manager – Event & Professional Development to lead the planning, development, and delivery of professional training programmes, conferences, and workshops for the built environment sector in Singapore.

You will partner with government agencies, industry associations, and training providers to ensure content aligns with regulatory changes and workforce needs, while managing budgets and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering training programmes, seminars, and workshops.
• Ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders including government agencies and industry partners.
• Familiarity with workforce development initiatives and industry accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of training programmes, seminars, conferences, and workshops for industry practitioners.
• Oversee end-to-end event management including scheduling, venue, logistics, trainer engagement, and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and training providers to co-create relevant programmes.
