Job summary

Singapore Business Federation is seeking a Manager in the Strategic Platforms team to shape and deliver flagship platforms uniting senior business leaders, policymakers and ecosystem partners.

You will support execution of signature events and contribute to launching new strategic platforms to advance Singapore's business agenda regionally and globally. The role emphasizes elevating convenings’ impact, engagement, and value creation for SBF and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevantWorking experience in event management, marketing and/or business development
• Strong programme development, project coordination and budget management
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Excellent interpersonal and written/spoken communication skills
• Ability to create attractive event marketing collateral independently
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset for teamwork

Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, manage and provide support for SBF's signature events in Singapore and international markets
• Drive events through effective management and marketing, coordinating with government agencies, partners, speakers and service providers
• Prepare timely updates, quality reports, KPI tracking and post-event analyses for Management
• Contribute to SOPs and operating models to enhance event delivery and value creation
• Develop materials and proposals to attract new event partnerships and collaborations
• Onboard new partnerships and manage the partner database for local and international events
• Collaborate across divisions to enable high-impact G2B and B2B engagements
