A*STAR is seeking a Senior Enterprise Partnering leader within People & Culture in Singapore. You will lead the People Partnering portfolio across Research Institutes and Corporate Groups and serve as the strategic front door into the integrated P&C ecosystem.

You will diagnose workforce and organisational challenges, translate priorities into workforce, talent, leadership and capability agendas, and build high-value advisory capabilities that accelerate execution.

Competenze

• 15+ years of relevant experience in strategic HR/business partnering or related fields.
• Proven track record partnering senior executives and translating strategy into workforce, talent and organisation priorities.
• Experience leading significant organisational or workforce transformation in high-change environments.
• Experience building or transforming strategic advisory or partnering teams; HRBP experience is not required.

Mansioni

• Strategic Enterprise Partnering: Build and lead the People Partnering model across RI and Corporate Groups, interfacing with CLMs.
• Translate enterprise and RI/Group priorities into workforce, organisation, talent, leadership and capability agendas.
• Diagnose enterprise issues and orchestrate capabilities across workforce strategy, organisation design and transformation.
