Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) is seeking an experienced leader to advance strategic workforce planning and organisation design across Research Institutes and corporate divisions in Singapore. You will translate RIE2030 and enterprise priorities into future workforce, capability and organisation requirements, and partner stakeholders to address capability gaps.

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic workforce planning or related areas.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and numerical skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
Translate insights into concrete recommendations.
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

Drive workforce planning from headcount- and supply-based planning towards demand- and capability-based planning.
Translate strategic priorities into workforce demand and capability requirements.
Analyse workforce demand, supply, capabilities and trends to identify gaps, risks and opportunities.
Develop practical SWP methodologies, insights and metrics to support workforce planning decisions.
Assess AI and emerging technology implications on work and identify redesign opportunities.
