Inchcape Shipping Services (Singapore) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resource functions. You will drive HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll oversight, and ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner with management and staff.

Formación

• Proven experience as HR manager or similar role
• Experience with payroll, onboarding, and contracts of employment
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance
• Ability to partner effectively with management and employees

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Prepare contracts of employment/appointment letters.
• Manage payroll (outsourced) and income tax returns.
• Lead salary and performance review processes.
• Handle employee relations, wellbeing and counselling initiatives.
• Assist with organizational design and restructures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and handle admin tasks such as work passes and statutory submissions.
