Dow Jones is seeking a People Director MEA and APAC to lead HR strategy for MEA and APAC from Singapore on a hybrid basis. You will mentor eight HR professionals and partner with regional and executive leaders to drive engagement and program excellence.

You will champion data-driven decision making, governance, crisis management and DEI initiatives, ensuring compliance and alignment with business priorities while removing silos and delivering impact.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years combined HR and management experience.
• Ability to position self as credible, proactive and trusted partner.
• Experienced manager skilled at coaching through change and driving results.
• Balance business partnering with employee advocacy.
• Diversity, equity and inclusion in talent attraction, development and retention.
• Experience handling Employee Relations matters.
• Data-driven with analytics to develop recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Identify, resolve and steer strategic people plan for MEA and APAC.
• Act as ambassador for transforming the employee experience in MEA and APAC.
• Develop intimate understanding of the region and partner with leadership.
• Align around clear goals to connect with business objectives.
• Advocate for DEI across the organization and life cycle.
• Co-own HR governance, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensuring governance and compliance.
• Joint ownership of All-Hands and AMA sessions with Communications.
• Communicate openly and act with courage in decision-making.
• Manage and develop a team of 8 HR professionals and coordinate with COEs.
