You will develop and implement HR strategies, lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, and drive HR transformation across the organisation. A strong background in payroll, compliance and analytics is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 years of HR and payroll experience with team leadership.
• Experience managing Talent Acquisition, HRBP, compensation and benefits.
• Experience with Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
• Postgraduate qualification or MBA is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee the People & Culture team and full spectrum of HR functions.
• Advise the Deputy CEO and team on HR and people-related matters.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and workforce plans aligned with organisational requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Manage workforce planning, talent pipeline development and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes and performance review cycles.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning and staff development initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement and retention.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee compensation and benefits structures and HR operations.
• Manage HR reporting, HR systems and HR data analytics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, frameworks and procedures.
• Maintain HR governance and risk management processes.
• Lead HR transformation, process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.
• Oversee HRIS enhancements and other HR-related projects.
• Support strategic and cross-functional projects as required.
