Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Lead, HRBP in Singapore to serve as the senior People partner across APAC. You’ll partner with regional leaders to align People strategies with business priorities and support organizational health, leadership effectiveness and growth.

You’ll shape the regional People agenda, guide leaders through organizational changes, and ensure inclusive employee experience while leveraging AI-enabled insights to scale practices across Greater China, Japan and Australia.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR experience supporting senior leaders in complex, matrixed orgs.
• Experience spanning regional/international teams, ideally APAC.
• Strong track record advising leaders on talent strategy and org health.
• Experience partnering with sales or fast-paced commercial groups is preferred.
• Business acumen to tie People strategy to business outcomes with data insight.
• Expertise in talent management, org design and change leadership.
• Excellent judgment and stakeholder management to influence across levels.
• Strong analytical ability and fluency with AI in decision-making.
• Knowledge of varied regional employment practices, incl. Singapore MOF/EDB.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into People strategies to support growth and performance.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational health, leadership and employee experience.
• Lead APAC talent priorities: planning, reviews, succession, development, performance.
• Drive org design, team structure, decision-making clarity and scalable models.
• Guide leaders through restructuring while balancing business needs and risk.
• Champion inclusive employee experience across APAC with local compliance.
• Coordinate with regional leaders and centers of excellence on local/global needs.
• Use workforce data and AI-enabled tools to improve decisions and effectiveness.
• Bring Pinterest culture and values to life in APAC with relevance.
