Job summary

EVANTAGE HR PTE. LTD. invites applications for a payroll and finance-focused role in Singapore. You will handle invoicing, payroll processing, and related documentation while ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting and 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the energy sector, with strong MS Office skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in oil & gas or energy sector.
• Knowledge of Indonesian payroll is an advantage.
• Fluency with MS Office software is required.
• Proactive and self-initiative with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documentation.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain payroll records including compensation data, allowances, deductions, and leave balances.
• Calculate statutory deductions, taxes, social security, provident fund, and other contributions.
• Coordinate with HR on hires, resignations, salary adjustments, promotions, and benefits changes.
• Respond to payroll enquiries with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Ensure payroll documentation is properly maintained and securely filed.
• Perform administrative duties for HR and accounting, including staff database and contracts.
• Support administrative work for Account and HR, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
