Job summary

MAVENSIDE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Executive in Singapore to manage payroll, prepare financial reports, and oversee essential payments while supporting the HR team and developing technical expertise.

Based at Ubi with alternate Saturday work, you will handle full accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax computations, reimbursements, and payroll compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and Xero is required; a Diploma in accounting with at least 3 years’ experience is

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or any other relevant field (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Meticulous, analytical and independent
• Ability to meet the tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Xero

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including audit schedules and financial statements
• Budgeting and forecasting for the business
• Analyze monthly financial statements and advise management on financial decisions
• Manage project cost accounting and cost control measures
• Coordinate annual audit and tax computations
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash claims
• Monthly payroll and CPF submissions
• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• Monitor AR aging weekly
• Submit government surveys (MOM, IMDA)
• Manage road tax, parking, insurance payments
• Perform other admin tasks as directed
