Job summary

SingHealth Integrated Pathology Services (SIPS) is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support strategic planning, operational coordination, and service development across the SingHealth cluster. You will help advance integrated pathology services and collaborate with senior clinical leaders to deliver high-quality pathology services.

Qualifications

• Degree in healthcare, biomedical sciences, public health, health administration or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare operations, pathology services, or cluster-level service management.
• Demonstrated manpower planning and service development experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical capabilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, meticulous, able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support cluster-wide manpower planning, deployment frameworks, and succession planning.
• Coordinate integration and standardisation of blood bank laboratory services and information systems.
• Assist in developing and tracking service strategies with KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Support implementation of the digital pathology roadmap including workflow redesign and change management.
• Assist with HR coordination, training records, and budget data consolidation for SIPS.
