Job summary

National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore invites applications for a Manager / Senior Manager, Pathology Operations. The role leads the Department of Pathology's operations, governance, workforce and finances, collaborating with clinical leaders to deliver safe and efficient services.

You will drive digital transformation, data governance and performance reporting while developing staff capabilities and ensuring alignment with NUH's clinical, research and educational objectives.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with 8 years in leadership roles.
• Experience in operations, workforce, finance, projects or service transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and integrate operational, administrative and business functions of the Pathology Department.
• Partner with clinical leaders to translate priorities into executable plans.
• Govern governance, reporting, and performance management across units.
• Drive productivity, workforce planning and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, charging, procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate informatics, digital systems and data governance projects.
• Mentor staff and strengthen leadership capacity and succession planning.
